Description

OREGANO (Origanum vulgare L. hirtum):  Known to be a strong and powerful natural ANTI-BIOTIC, immune stimulant, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, antiseptic, anti-infectious, analgesic and anti-parasitic.  May assist balancing the metabolism and strengthening the vital energy centers of the body.  May assist chronic bronchitis, sore throat, colds, whooping cough, pneumonia, asthma, chronic rheumatism, muscular pain and pulmonary tuberculosis.  May assist with warts, skin tag moles, infected cuts, wounds, waterlogged skin, stimulates liver and spleen, soothes nervous stomach disorders, calms intestinal spasms, flatulence, laxative and stimulates appetite.  KNOWN to be a very stimulating nerve tonic, aiding facial tics, migraines, muscular pain and chronic rheumatism.  Used to revive the senses (may ease deafness or painful noise in ears).

CAUTION:  HOT oil; may cause skin irritation — USE A CARRIER OIL for SAFETY!  DILUTE accordingly.  May irritate nasal membrane if inhaled directly from bottle or diffuser.  Dilute oil with a carrier oil, F.C.O., honey, rice, soy milk or yogurt.  When taken internally in olive oil (1 – 2 drops only), it strengthens the immune system but should not be used too often because it can be toxic to the liver, kidneys, and nerves.  If you use this oil often, be sure to do a liver cleanse and take probiotics.
