Description

POST SURGERY: Wound Care ~ Formulated to aid regeneration and restoration for skin, wounds, bruising and open sores due to surgery and/or a minor accident/injury.  The SHeMeN (essential oils) contained in this blend are helpful to help stop bleeding and to keep wounds clean from bacteria and offer pain relief properties.

We used this blend for our daughter’s scoliosis surgery.  Photo progression can be seen in the Remnant Ramblings Newsletter, Frankincense Sale – THANK YOU FOR YOUR LOVE!

What is amazing about SHeMeN for wound care is that you don’t have to touch and further irritate a wound in or to apply the needed anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-paint properties which essential oils contain!  Just drop the oil onto the wound without every touching it.

Application:  Historically, just apply one drop or more if needed to cover the area affected for a minimum of 1 – 3 times per day until restoration results.

Note:  If dealing with a circumcision, episiotomy other wound in a sensitive area.  It is being nice to not put a cool temperature oil on a sensitive area.  It may be wise to warm the bottle to body temperature by carrying in your pocket for a while or putting in a sealed ziplock type bag and then running warm water over it or putting in a warm water bowl.  Do not overheat oil as the chemistry will change and do not expose to EMF pollution such as a blow dryer to help avoid affecting the frequency of the oil.

After 8 days of surgery or injury, consider applying Scar Remedy and then layering over it with POST SURGERY Wound Care Blend . . .

OR apply alternately Scar Remedy at least 1 – 2 times per day and POST SURGERY Wound Care 1 – 2 times per day.

OR apply Alef Care 1 – 3 per day and then LAYER POST SURGERY Wound Care Blend over 1 – 3 times alternately.

For long term scarring, continue to use Scar Remedy.

Helichrysum italicum helps regenerate skin and nerve cells very rapidly.  It’s also known to have pain relieving properties and is an anti-coagulant (stops bleeding).  If taking medications, be sure to consult your physician for any possible contraindications.

Contains:  Frankincenses: Boswellia Sacra and Carterii, Helichrysum italicum (Corsica, France & Morocco) and Myrrh.

Be sure to consult a qualified health professional for any contraindications when taking medications.  This is not meant to diagnose, prescribe or treat and we are not licensed medical professionals — so seek professional advice and take responsibility for your health.

CAUTION:  When using Helichrysum italicum, be very careful if dealing with a person who has a blood disease that causes them to be a CLOTTER (vs. a bleeder) OR when using medications that cause thickening or clotting of the blood.  Remember LESS is BEST and usually, only  1 – 2 drops at most are needed.
